What are the benefits of the new programme?

When does the change happen?

• Thursday 24^th November 2011 in all Czech Republic stores only
• Existing Klubcard customers will no longer be accepted in-store from Thursday 24^th November and will be deactivated.
• Existing customers are required to activate the new card that is sent to them or sign up for a new a card in-store

What happens to points that customers had in the previous scheme?

All customer points’ balance will go back to 0 and they will start collecting points in the new programme from 24.11.2011.

What will happen to their instant discount?

Effective 24^th November customers will no longer receive the discount on the previous scheme. They will earn points for spend and points will be converted to reward.

1. online by filling in registration form in Czech. Card will be delivered by 15 working days:

2. filling in registration form in your store. You will receive the card immediately.
