Refund policy
Refund on goods - the customer is entitled to return or exchange any product in any store in accordance with the following principles:
- goods with a proof of purchase (a receipt) shall be accepted within 35 days from the date of purchase if they are in an appropriate condition - this period is in effect as of 1st August 2010, and applies to goods purchased on this day and after
- if the customer requests a refund without a receipt, s/he shall receive a credit voucher to the value of the latest known price of the product.
A refund shall not be provided for:
- products that have been used, worn, or are unclean
- with cloth or paper tags removed, damaged packaging
- with taiolered adjustments
- bought as damaged or soiled - without a receipt
- cosmetics and toiletries
- costume jewellery
- marked goods purchase in „End of Clearance Sale“
The goods bought from 8.11. till 12.12.2011 you can change or return untill 15.1.2012.
